I was literally on my way to buy this game at Best Buy, right after work, but something told me to check in here first just to make sure there were no major launch issues (since you can't trust reviews anymore and I've been burned by preorders). Thankfully, I did. I've learned in 5 minutes that there are at least three major issues:

• NPC Framerate Slowdown/GPU under-utilization
  
• Windows 7 64-bit Unplayability
  
• Widescreen Graphics/Graphics Saving Issues

I'm sure there are more. For right now, the inability for some people to even launch the game and the horrendous slowdown issues, reported by numerous users, related to NPCs are deal-breakers for me. I have an NVIDIA 295, i7, Win 7 64bit, multiple monitor setup, so I cannot risk it. Unless I know whether or not I can even play this game, I WILL NOT BUY IT. Please, kindly post a sticky that shows you've identified and corroborated/debunked the major issues and provide a time-line for a patch(es). This is simple customer relations - doesn't matter that the game just launched. Thanks.
