V.A.T.S seems to switch bewteen working properly and not working unless your aiming the gun, i've had it refuse to activte in the H&H Tools building when i tried to use my hunting rifle against a mister handy, then it would'nt work when i fast traveled to Goodsprings and tried to use my 9mm pistol against the gecko that always spawns there and then would'nt work on the friendly bighorners until i aimed the gun, but then it worked just fine in the REPCON Building when i once again used my hunting rifle against a mister handy even when i was'nt aiming the gun.

Then after recurting Veronica to get into the BOS base, she was at 50 HP after fighting the bark scorpions near the base and then after staring the quest there i fast traveled to the Strip and left her in the Lucky 38, but then when i went to the REPCON Building i could still hear her talking about being injured even though she was'nt there it sounded like she was right behind me.

Oh yeah. That happens a LOT. In the worst situations also. Fighting a death claw and pressin vats targetting like mad, but it doesn't even make the clicking sound. Then, just before I'm dead, VATS decides to work..... when I'm trying to open my inventory to heal.... Guess what? As soon as VATS was done, I was dead..... This is more and more irritating. I didn't pay over 100 dollars for frustration... I paid that much for a working game. (Speaking of which, even the collectors edition of the strategy guide is less informative than the collectors edition of FO3. I can't even just look up a specific character and where they are if I want to like I can in the other book.) Shortcut city......

Its not to much of a problem yet since enemies rarely get close enough for me to need to use V.A.T.S but when i do need to use it its a pain in the rear to have it decide to not work at all.
