In the quest where you find the rancher's son inside the casino, I had an issue finishing the quest. Not sure if it was intended, or not, but it is unnecessary in my opinion.

When you wait for Mortimer to finish his speech, and then introduce the rancher's son to the dinner guests, things go as planned. But then when all is said and done... there's no way to leave the room back to the casino (unless you are a white glove member, but i did this quest while I was not). The only way to get back to the casino is to go back through the kitchen, and kill the three white glove guards. But you have to do it with one shot while sneaking, otherwise you instantly become vilified and can't really get him back to his father at all.

In addition, I ran into several seemingly disconnected little events that made the entire quest choppy and as if not every scenario was thought out/played out thoroughly. It's also almost not possible to do the quest with a follower in tow, as they will see characters as hostile sometimes when they're not hostile at all. All in all, a very buggy quest in my opinion.
