As title would lead on - I have frozen at least 8 times in the past 2 days on a load screen. The infuriating part of it is that it autosaves AFTER you go through the door, instead of before, and thus: it always results in not only the inconvenience of having to get up and turn the console off/on, but also game time lost.

please, for the love of all that is holy, put this on your list of things to fix.

This happened to me twice.Was it regestered as a disk-read error?

no, the game just seizes. there is no Xbox error message.

It seized up on me when i used the pip-boy and i got a disk read error twice-once when i opened a door and once when i fast traveled.
