Hi. So far I had this problems.
1. Dead body's twisted and partially in ground. (Once had alive human enemy half way in ground) Location outside of Goodsprings
2. Raising hands up in first person mode. (Likely when I standing a front of something). Inside of buildings as well as few times outside.
3. I don't know if that is the way it's suppose to be but Items, containers and others stuff stays marked red (as I will be stealing it and losing karma) even if all the enemies dead and no one around. Doesn't make sense.
4. Had few slow downs. But nothing terrible.

I have new 360 slim 4 Gig flash drive built in and 16 Gig external flash drive. I installed the game on 16 Gig F.drive but save game to built in one. So far no problems with saves and load times.

3. Well you're still stealing, even if the people are dead! Though the drawers in my room in the Atomic Wrangler are staying red for some reason...

If you install a game to your harddrive ALWAYS put your save files on the same device.
