Just sharing it for others to see/anolyze.

Here is what I did step-by-step:

• Inserted the game disc and installed it to the hard-drive.
  
• Redeemed my DLC code. (Caravan Pack)
  
• Started the game and changed Pip-Boy color to green at options screen.
  
• Started a new game and sat through the opening movie.
  
• Entered my name at the doc's place, but accidentally deleted it and had an empty name.
  
• Quit the game and started a new one.
  
• The DLC dialog box popped up at the main menu and then my 360 froze.

Do you think it has anything to do with the DLC code or it's just random?

I also want to note that I reset-ed my 360 and started a new game and this didn't happen again. I ventured out and there were no freeze-ups, but the game speed was choppy and sometimes slow.
