Bit upset if you can't play blackjack past 10'000. I was most looking forward to the blackjack and am no doubt going to play myself out of it as fast as i can :L. I could understand waiting a time period but being banned forever!?!?! makes me want to go in a new corner and cry ;(.

10000 per casino so it's not too bad.

Ah right. Phew. Sudden panicking was all o.0. I know this isn't an in game feature and would be surprised if it was but as Im aware its not, However it would be fun to have places where you could go and play blackjack against people in the mojave wastes where there was no limit of cash, just of peoples patience with you if you win and they try attack you to regain money etc... but people refresh so when someone goes another person would be available :D. Could be quite fun but to late now :(.

ICounting cards is useless because technically the deck is shuffled after every hand.

I thought this was New Vegas, not New Jersey*?

* Explanation for the joke as most of you won't get it. I've read a fair few books on gambling and they explain (at least at the time the book was published, I don't know if this is still the case) that New Jersey law prohibits gambling on "Games of Skill". Since counting Cards is a learnable skill, throwing out a patron for counting cards (ie- using a skill) would effectively be saying that Blackjack is a game of skill, and they wouldn't be able to offer it anymore. The remaining option for the house is to offer the game, but should someone obviously try something make it as annoying for the counter (stupidly low limits, constant shuffling, etc) as to encourage him/her to leave on their own.

Maybe the casinos outside the strip let you play for big money.
Or you could use the free trade glitch to clean out merchants if you need more.

i dont need more money, i just wanna be able to play at the casinos as much as i want. i love blackjack.

Perhaps you can lose on purpose before you hit 10,000 to keep the table open.

Like i said it is cumulative, so yes. It will tell you how much your total winnings are at the casino so as long as you keep it under 10k you can still play the tables.

It is cumulative, so if you win 2000 a day you will still get banned when you hit 10000.

not exactly sure, but i was playing slots with max bet when i won 36k and got banned so i guess you can run over a lil bit lol.

There is already a mod to increase the limit.

Thanks for that Giliant! I was curious to see if card-counting was possible. Ah well. Thanks for the info ( I was REALLY meaning to get to New Vegas, but I keep stumbling into all these darn side locations out in the desert, not to mention all of the side quests! D: Ill never see the strip at this rate. :P )
