Fallout NV Co-op mode : Fallout: New Vegas

One of the things I wish they had in Fallout 3 was a co-op mode. Like you sign into the PSN or xBox live or whatever, and then you can play co-op quests and stuff

In ways it would really ruins the game, but if done properly, maybe in FO4, it might work, but its not likely :/

for new vegas? no, it's already been confirmed as a single player only game. for future fallout fames? yes, i would love 2-4 online co-op, with some settings different from the single player experience (they'd have to figure out how VATS works)

The ability to explore a Wasteland with a buddy or two? Yes indeed. But I know that it's not gonna be implemented in New Vegas.

They are making an MMO, it isn't a rumor. It's called ProjectV13, but it doesn't sound very cool or anything, it's being made by Interplay.
