FaceGenModelAvalibility

The FaceGen function isn't working in the Fallout Vegas geck as it did in Fo3. When used, it actually skrews up all the other helms and tilts them sideways instead.

Also having this problem... pretty serious one, right up there with the broken havok, non-updating lights and show/hide issues. Hope this gets fixed.

So that's why I couldn't get my hat to work. It also made every hat in the game sideways. Asked about it here: http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1131360-sideways-hats/ That's a pretty irritating bug/error.

The feature is very very very bugged right now. I heard you can fix helms by using Nifskope, but I haven't tried it yet.

This feature isn't the only thing broken. When making scripts you aren't warned of errors, there is no Dictionary, and the Update Facegen Model Availability isn't working.

Here is a fix i found on these forums I believe.

1) Open your esp in FNVEdit.
2) Browse to the head gear you added.
3) Find the field called Male biped model, which should contain a grayed out field called MODD - Facegen Model Flags.
4) In the column corresponding to the esp, right click and chose Add
5) You will be asked if you want to edit the esp. Accept.
6) Right click the newly added field which should open a box, where you can choose what type of MODD you need, in this case the head so in the popup field type 1, then click ok. It should now show Head and have a new field added under it that says head
7) Save, and you are done.

I have not had a chance to try this yet myself.
