DLC on steam? : Fallout: New Vegas

I just read that the DLC will finally be coming to PC and PS3 on Feb 22nd, and that the PC version will be for sale on Direct2Drive.

Please for the love of god tell me that this was just bad journalism and its coming to Steam at the same time.

I bought the game through steam, I don't want to buy the DLC from a different service(Like I had to with FO3 due to the GFWL BS when the DLC launched). It will be a massive pain and there's no good reason for it.

The exclusivity for xbox was a nice kick in the balls, since there is no way that anyone with the option of playing this on PC would ever play it on xbox knowing the bugs and crashes, and now this?

Please PLEASE tell me its going to be on steam at the same time.

The main page (click http://fallout.gamesas.com/eng/home/home.php) of the official FNV website says that the PC DLC will be available on Steam.
