Yeah that would be pretty lame if part of what we pay for the collectors edition is the same thing everyone else saw for free online. Can a dev confirm if they are different or the same?

And I would be pissed, that's the main thing that I bought it for.

I would definitely not be happy if the Making Of DVD was the Dev Diaries. But I don't think it will be, I wondered about that at some point.

I really don't think so. The Fallout 3 Making Of DVD featured many, many more details than these 3 videos have given us. What's more, it was 30-40 minutes long, while these 3 videos add up to (and I haven't checked the exact durations) what, 10, 15 minutes? Not to mention that it contained lots of looks at parts of Bethesda's studio, while these videos don't show us any of Obsidian's studio.
