Leveling up problem!

My character cannot level up.I played for a while,everything was ok,but i am stuck at level 3.In the XP section is this: 67700/1050. I read that some people have the same problem when playing the game for the second time or playing with two caracters,but this is my first game.
Anybody?!?

Oh sorry,I forget to mention it.It's PC version,i'm playing it on Windows 7 64 bit.

i had this happen on one of my chars but i had a save right before he was to level up and just went back to that now i all ways make sure i have a save just before i level up just in case it happens to go back to and hope it works the next time
