I know it's location, I know you need a key, I know Colonel Hsu gives it to you. Except, I failed "Don't Tread on the Bear", my bad. I had kept working for Yes Man by mistake and failed without knowing. Does this mean I can't get the key from Hsu? I've done all quests I know of, I may have missed some. Any help, appreciated.

I prefer not to. I may not be welcomed at Hoover Dam, but I've been loyal to the NCR since the beginning of the game, haven't killed a single one yet.

Just a quick Q: where is the damn safehouse? HSU just tells me somewhere S, ive been searching for it for a while know, killed a buttload of deathclaws in the process, but cant find it. The BOS elder at least gave me a map marker for their safehouse.

i got ncr safe house key after.. i put a spell on you quest though..im not sure . but can you still talk to him??
