I saw this item on the wiki, and it says that it's in Raul's inventory by default. I can't find it.

If it's in the same vein as most companion-specific items (i.e. doesn't show up in their inventory), is there a way to make him switch into it? Is it even in the game, or was it scrapped at the last minute?

"OutfitNVJumpsuitRaulPetroChico" is what he's wearing, with the name tag "Miguel".

I missed out the word "armored", sorry! It doesn't appear to be located anywhere, unless there's a way to get Raul to mod his outfit through Upgrades.
