I am a major fan of the Fallout 3 game. Now im getting insane not knowing if my laptop can run Fallout: New Vegas. PLEASE give me an answer

From the looks of it you're running a laptop. The processor is on the weak end. The ram size is decent but the latency leaves something to be desired. The mobile gpu will be a hit to performance and running the game for any decent length will probably bring about a lot of heat issues. It paints a very bleak picture gaming-wise for your system.

As nearly as I can tell, it is far too weak of a machine for even a game such as this one, with its quite-lenient requirements (although to avoid confusion, ignore the idiocy in the official game requirements published for this game, and refer instead to those for Fallout 3). The butchered CPU isn't much, but it's the terrible video solution that's really awful. Sorry.

The Geforce 105 and 210 / 310 mobile solutions are actually worse that the best of the onboard chip graphics from nVIDIA, and even the best of those isn't good enough.

Laptops don't allow either CPU or GPU upgrades any more, either. Tough luck.

Your processor dude, it says right on the side of the box that this game requires at least a dual core. You might be able to get away with turning your setting way down and installing http://newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34778.

Very similarly to various Celerons and Semprons, the "Pentium Dual", which is what I believe he probably has, was horrendously gutted, going from some 3 GBs of onboard cache to between 512 and a single GB, depending on the model. It started out as a Core Duo, but it's a Celeron dual now.

If it was in a desktop, with a proper BIOS, it is capable of some drastic overclocking speeds, partly because of the lack of cache RAM (but if it was a desktop, both the CPU and GPU could rather easily be replaced).
