Hi, i′m form germany, so my english is not the best


I have a problem with Fallout new vegas. I started it with steam and after a few minutes, i have a error message from windows thar framework 4.0 where not installed, but it is installed, i have checked this and have re-installed that. i don′t know what i have to do. please help me,

My system:

Intel Pentium q8200
Asus ENGT220 1 GB DX10
4 GB Ram
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
