After doing the whole Arcade sidequest I decided to try to get Cass..
I cannot turn the invoice in to thomas hildern in the air force base. I think this might be related to me already having done the whole vault 22 "there stands the grass?" quest.. I had Arcade along, saved Keely but did the challenge to talk her into not deleting the data.
Now when i go to Hildern to turn the invoice over to him I only get the dialog option which ends the dialog, event though I have the quest "you can count on me" and my compass is pointing right at the guy =/

(ya the title totally doesn't say quest.. erg 0.o)
