I got to the vault and down to Motor early in the game, but did not kill him... I actually didn't do anything other than go through his dialog. Later when I was going back to do Aba Daba Motor Runner has no dialog at all. He just says "canned" text and nothing else.

Also, Does anyone know when the next patch is releasing?

The same thing happened to me in my last playthrough.

Not sure what exactly caused the bug but I also visited motor runner earlier and sold him some of my own chems.

Also I had spoke to someone in camp mcaran who asked me to kill a few people including motor-runner for a bounty.

So not sure if it was visiting early or the bounty quest that has caused the bug.

I don't know when or even if there will be another patch.
