Hey, Im new to the Fallout series and ive been playing through but im stuck on Level 8 even though i have 6483/5800 XP ive tried waiting to see if that will level me up, i slept also, to no avail... Im still stuck i need to level up and put points into my Lockpick so i can destroy Cottonwood with the barrells...

Anyone know how to fix it?

Also im stuck with finding all the irradiated dog tags in Camp Searchlight, i have 8-9 i think and ive gotten Edwards' tags, but cannot find the last 1-2 tags any ideas on where to search as i cannot find any live feral troopers anywhere!

think you might have to go back to an earlyer save point (what a headache) but at least it hasn't happened at a higher level as that would be no fun at all.

that happened to me except I was stuck on level 2 I just started over cauz nothing else seemed to work

Not sure about the leveling bug, but there is a bug during the quest in Camp Searchlight where if you get Edwards' tag before you have the other 9, the remaining tags disappear. In order for the quest to work Edwards' tag must be the last (10th) tag you obtain.
