Well... about 13 months back i told my grandmother to pre order brink for me for my birthday, because she said she didn't know what to get a teenager. So i was very excited and still am, but then one thought hit me, and i now worried. I have never pre ordered a game, i always just go to store and buy them the release day, but i was thinking, is different shipping even available on pre-order games :cryvaultboy: ??? I guess what im trying to ask is, is it possible my grandma chose like, cheap shipping, so even though it is a pre-order, i will get it like a week after release? I sure hope not, it sure would make me really sad... Or is all shipping done on release day, no exceptions...

It is possible but the default shipping is release day, you can still change if you act fast.

The price of delivery costs more for over-night shipping. If your grandmother has never done anything like that and chose the cheaper method, be prepared to wait about three to five days until Brink gets to you. That's how it went for when I ordered it off of GameStop.com at least. I chose the higher priced, over night shipping though. It might be different for wherever you pre-ordered your copy. :intergalactic:

Amazon.com has an option for release day delivery, but I don't know how long that has been an option or if your grandmother even pre-ordered from there.

Damn, that makes me sad, i'm not sure what she chose, she is well known for giving good gifts, so i think she may of chose release day shipping, my grandma is no cheap skate, she owns 2 houses... and bought then when housing prices were high lol. but the not knowing is really getting to me... Just the sheer unknowing of not being able to play makes me so worried. but maybe psn will say down and i wont miss out on much. and yeah, i doubt i can change it she lives like OVER 9000 states away, and she probably doesn't even know what site she ordered from lol, shes a Gramdma

Well I pre-ordered from walmart I don't recall choosing between two different prices, but it says it will be released by May, 10. If you know where she preordered from and you have like the tracking number and so on you could probably track it.



The fact that I did not have to choose a overnight price concerns me as well, but it does say it will be delivered by May 10.

Well I suppose that svcks if she did but it's not really that big of a deal to be honest. I mean it's only a few days... :hubbahubba:
