Wild Card: Side Bets crash

Anyone having this problem? I'm almost to the end of the Wild Card: Side Bets quest and every time I am about to meet the Brotherhood of Steel my game crashes to the desktop. If anyone knows the answer let me know, I'm not sifting through 60 + pages of bugs and crashes to see if this problem has already been posted. This is killing me cause at the point I'm at in game, I'm locked in a bunker with the Brotherhood until I complete the dialog with them. Before I can talk to complete the stage the game crashes as soon as I hand over my weapons. I'm running the game on pretty low settings, and I've got about 40 hours completed without this fatal crash happening until now, so I'm pretty sure it's not my hardware causing the problem. PLEASE BETHESDA / OBSIDIAN FIX THESE PROBLEMS, PLEASE !!!!

So I seem to have solved my own problem. I started by dumping all of my possessions in my hotel room at the lucky 38 including all my weapons, ammo, and clothing. Then I went back to the bunker where the Brotherhood are located to attempt to continue on quest stripped down to just my cool blue underwear. To my surprise no more crash!!! This particular crash is obviously caused by something in the inventory system failing when it strips you of your possessions on this particular quest.

When I originally experienced the crash I was carrying almost a full load of weapons and salvage totaling around 300 Lbs. When I tried the mission again with nothing on me, it worked like a charm. But just to satisfy my curiosity and cause I didn't want to continue with no armor or weapons I decided to try again with a light load weapons and no salvage, and again the quest worked as scripted. Don't know if this helps anyone, but it worked on my system.
