Mod Acronyms : Fallout: New Vegas

I'm having a complete reinstall of NV and I've got a few mods here and have forgotten what they do...I tried searching but because their file name is in acronym they not coming up, soo could anyone tell me what BLTC is and IIWR please?

I may be coming back with some more as well.

IIWR is Invisible Wall Remover but it's been removed from nexus. I can't find it in tracking centre.

Errrrmm....BLTC....If I'm not mistaken....isn't that for FO3....and if so....how have I managed to used it for FONV???? :wacko:

With some mods you can just change the master from Fallout3.esm to FalloutNV.esm and have them work perfectly. And the other way around.

CHEMS is required for one minute part of this esp (crafting heroin)

This is a somewhat moderately modified version of BLTC by SethCreiyd, http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1745. So, obviously, 99% of the credit goes to him. Also included are CptJoker71's better booze textures and meshes, so credit to him also.
