I'm trying to finish the quest Return to Sender. I"m at the end of the quest, and go to talk to Chief Hanlon. I choose to turn him in, and he tells me to go find a Ranger to do it properly. I walk out of the office and down the hall. He then closes his door and begins to make his speech. He gets about 3-4 lines in to his speech and then stops. Then nothing happens. He doesn't complete his speech, and I assume I can no longer complete the quest. I believe he shoots himself at the end, but this never happens. I've tried reloading a couple of times, but its the same damn thing.

Anyone know of any work arounds?
