want to build a pure evil, bastard, badass type of pc.
whats your thoughts?
what route should i take as far as factions?

kinda thinking a evil juggernaut...sorta like a super-badass evil tank that inspires terror and fear into everyone.

Evil is siding with th powder gangers, then joining the legion. Or help the ncr out, get thier emergency radio, set a trap and kill the guy they send...
Atleast when they send some rangers after you you will get cool armour, shame the legion will attack you on sight...

2. Kill person
3. Rinse (or allow blood to dry for added terror/evil effect) and repeat.
