Its because the first one is advertisment and is prohibited, i think they have linked aplce to put your clan. And there is also a PS3 gamer list for your other topic, where you can put your name down. Its just there are ongoing topics regarding your questions thats all.

There is a pinned topic for your fan sites at the top of this forum. If you are going to post a general discussion topic check first that there is not a similar one on the first couple of pages, obviously the forum would become pretty muddled if everyone started similar topics. So check through and if there is one similar, add your post to that.
