Hello, reached level 24 today in New Vegas and decided i wanted the slayer perk only to realize that I can't not choose this perk. waited to level 26 still nothing. Now ill say this right now because so one will say it, I don't have any bonus it was the first thing i checked to make sure. I have 100 unarmed and 8 agility and the perk requirement is 90 unarmed and 7 agility and lvl 24. Is this just a bugged perk or is something wrong here that i missed?
