Possible "I Put a Spell on You" Glitch

I just wanted to bring to everyone's attention a particular glitch that I have found on the 360 version. I also wanted to see if anyone else encountered the glitch. I've noticed a lot of people posting bugs with this quest on certain instances in which the bomb on the monorail cannot be diffused. The player will diffuse the bomb, but the bomb will explode anyways. However, in case you are not aware, it is also possible to do this quest from the other way around; helping the Legion spy instead of turning against him. The glitch I have encountered, however, leaves the spy hostile towards my character no matter what. It isn't possible for me to talk to the captain because, strangely enough, he is always hostile towards me. I attempted to put on a NCR uniform, as I sided with Caesar's Legion, but this did not correct the problem. In fact, EVERY OTHER NCR member was normal and the captain was the only hostile person in Fort McCarran.

So, out of curiosity for those who have attempted this quest from the other way around, have you actually been able to aide the spy after a Legionnaire gives you the quest in the Fort? Is the captain always hostile no matter what from your experience?
