New glitch, when you level up in good spring and pick intensive training as the perk, when you leave the good spring area and the game ask you if you want to do any change in you character, if you do, you will loose the point that you gave to special.

Not a glitch. If you decide to rebuild your character you lose that I.T. point because it reverts you to level 1, therefore you do not have the I.T. perk. Once you exit the character rebuild and leave GS you'll level up to level 2 and be able to choose that perk again.
