Silenced Rifles?

So I finally got my pimped put Varmit Rifle with silencer and such, but its not that powerful. Is there any other rifle or bigger gun that uses a silencer?? And where is the Marksman Rifle?? I keep seeing pictures of it online, but I can't find it! Help please!!
