accidently killed Chet : Fallout: New Vegas

So I intentionally killed Chet cause I thought it was like in Fallout 3 that you can kill the shop owners who sell you stuff for all their items, which didn't work, So I wanna ask if their is any othe rplaces to get weapon mods?

That doesn't sound like an accident to me. I'd step out on a limb and say it was completely intentional.

It's not like you went "oh hey, chet, let me just put my cursor on you to talk" BLAM"oh crap, that was fire, not talk, poor Chet." :'(
It was more "Gimme all you got, svckA" BLAM BLAM BLAM "hey, you didn't give me anything good." :'(

well I thought their were more merchants in the wasteland that sell mods and so I cont. and nothing so far and I already have overwritten my save.
