a big joy i got out of fallout 3 was exploring the dc wasteland. i loved seeing things that i've actually seen in real life (ex. capitol building, washington monument, etc) and what they would look like in the post-apocalyptic fallout universe... when they announced new vegas and stated that it was going to be similar to fallout 3 (same engine, first person), i couldn't have been more excited because i've lived most of my life in a [censored] suburb of las vegas called henderson.... so i'm wondering, is there anyone else out there that either lives, has lived, or spent adequate time in the las vegas area who is excited to see these places you're so familiar with, fallout style?? i'm sure people who grew up in the dc area felt the same way!

I've spent my fair share of time down in Nevada area, not too much time.

Eh i didn't live there but i had family there and went there frequently, but from what i have seen not whole lot of geography corresponds quite the way it did in Fallout 3, which doesn't bother me either.
