I have not had any problem with my game untill the may patch,sve files would keep on loading while the roulete wheel would spin forever restarting my xbox would work but now it dosent instead of the roulete wheel spinning forever the roulete wheel including my game would freeze and whenever i open doors the screen would turn black and freeze i hope that any upcoming patches will fix this but for now any solutions?

I think this is the issue I am having too, I tried to fast travel or even go through like a major building door.

Same thing happens to me. And for the record, I'm on the latest patch. I erased ALL New Vegas game data from my Xbox and started completely fresh with the latest patch.

I erased my memory cashe last night, and no update poped up at all. i loaded up my save and i couldn't even bring up my pip boy it just crashed.

You have to manually go to your hard drive>games>FONV, then delete "Title Update #4"
