I clear my cache as usual so I can use patched glitches, but when I start my game it never tells me I need to download a patch. This means it never deleted the patches. Is there anyway for me to fix this?

If you are referring to clearing the system cache on your console, I noticed I had a similar situation when trying to resolve my problem. When i reloaded New Vegas, it never did an update, yet my other games did. I had to manually delete the update, then it re-installed on the next game load. That did not resolve my problem however. After reading a bucket-load of user frustrations, I'm beginning to think we are wasting our time trying to get Bethesda and Obsidian to do anything with the game console versions. This is the buggiest game ever.
