HELP! Movement Bug

Hey guys i just got fallout new vegas back and NOW MY MOVEMENT CONTROLLS ARE OPPOSITE! I DIDN'T BUY THIS GAME TO HAVE PROBLEMS
AHHHHH HELP ME PLEASE!

I think you can change your controls buttons in the options menu. Try this out.

No this is a bug ive looked through all of the controlls
