I FOUND ANOTHER GLITCH

So iv'e been looking for loyal for forever and he isn't in the hanger's,not in the workshop,and he's not in his house.Ive beat the game and have all DLC's,anyone know where he could be?

The only reason this make's me mad is that it dosent allow me to complete Raul's main quest.

Raul is also bugged for me as I cannot trigger the event from the scientist in camp McCarren.

Is there a way to fix this,or bypass it some how?

Sadly there is no way to fix this unless your on a PC. PC's have it easier when it comes with bugs because they can use a console to force things to occur by typing in codes. On the xbox we don't have that luxury We have to wait for the company to fix things. Considering how long they take to make patches this may take awhile.

P.S: The company seriously SERIOUSLY needs to work on a better gaming engine then this. This engine is plagued with issues since the original Fallout 3.
