Alright so I'm working for the king, trying to find out what the NCR's up to (G.I. Blues), and my people skills aren't good enough to get the info out of the missionaries, so my only option is to find this Major Keiron, but there's no mention of where to look. I already searched Mcarran.

She's at the old ruined store in Freeside. There's two disguised NCR soldier's in front of it.

It's kind of hidden, past all the stores, after the water pipe where the Kings gang member is.

still can't find is it in the same area as the water pump or do you have to go through a door? The only door in sight of the water pump is the door to the next section of freeside, with the gun runners and atomic wrangler. The only gaurds I see of any kind is simon

The description I gave you is really the easiest I could think of, but here's the description from the wiki if that's better for you

"Finding the store is not easy if you rely on the Pip-Boy. To get there from the Silver Rush cross the street and enter the building where the druggie is sitting on the floor. Take the door located on the first floor. On the other side, run straight then take a left and another left."
