ok, so I'm playing on hardcoe and very hard. I am not too far into the game, so no spoilers please except for what I'm asking. I'm at the part where I first encounter these stealth npcs (where in one room there is a ghoul up on a platform and the next room has a nightskin who is telling me to find stealth boys).

Anyway, my vats tells me i have no chance to hit since they are steatlh,a nd these guys hit hard. ANy advice or tips on how to handle these guys?

Also, another question for fun, do corpses stay where the people died for my entire playthrough? I sure hope so...it seems like people i killed days ago and enemies are STILL ON THE GROUND where they died...and I love that. Anyway, please help with these two questions folks. oh and one more...do npc's etc get harder as I level up? Do the enemies in the world "level up" with me?

Well first off don't aim in vats, it will always be 0% because they are invisable. Though later on you get something that changes that.

I think the corpses do. I have corpses from when i went on a rambage in hour one and now on hour 40 and the body is still there.
Not sure if its a glitch (I think not though) but if you kill the enemys using a steathboy before they come visable their corpse will lay there invisable.

The enemys do not level with you, so be carefull where you go.

Mines and lots of it. The Nightkins are very hard when you first encounter them esp since they are indoor and you don't get a chance to weaken them with a few sniper shots.

Corpses do disappears but seems very random. For example, for me, in Goodspring where I first defended the town from the Powder Gangers, there was still one corpse left at the end of the game out of the 6 or so that was left there.

Kinda spray around if you see them then after you get a hit their stealth will drop opening them up for V.A.T.S.

and majority of the time yes they do but after a certain period of time expect respawns.
and yes you'll find some what better weapons and harder "types" of those enemies as you level up and progress through the game.

No, bodies do not last forever. Some do, most don't.

Blast them once to drop their field or wait til they jump you.
