I'm EXTREMELY excited for this game, but WAY TOO BUSY to read up on it. Can any Wasteland Survivors tell me what Traits/Karma, etc. will transfer from Fallout 3 to New Vegas? Do I have to load and save the character I want to transfer to New Vegas in my Fallout 3 game-save? Any information would be helpful.

There will be absolutely no save transferring of any kind, as New Vegas is not an expansion or sequel to Fallout 3.

If you're asking if you can import your character from Fallout 3.

The answer is NO.

It's a separate game, with a brand new character, with a brand new storyline.

Nothing from this game transfers over from Previous games characters. Nothing. Nada. Zip.

You start fresh with a new character.
