Is this normal?
I've finished all Primm-related quests in the town's favor...got 'em a new sheriff...didn't even as much as tread on an ant the whole time I've been there. Never talked wise to anyone, never killed any good characters...nuttin'.
I'm lvl 27. Haven't had so much as a "neutral".

Am I missing something? I've got rep (seemingly) everywhere else. Damn ingrates... :shrug:

I don't think Primm has it's own reputation, just NCR.

In 2 play-thrus, I only got a discount from the vendors. No more though.
