I've found 3 quests involving the great khans by now: where you rescue them at the boulder city, get them the chems at the death claw quarry, and Oh My Papa where you prove the legion is bad for the khans.

anyone found any more?

There's two more that I know of. You can get them from named NPCs in Red Rock Canyon.

how do i get it aside from the poet's quest?
