Okay, so I'm at the Fort right now and I'm trying to talk to Caesar so I can get the Platinum Chip but I can't find Benny or talk to Caesar because everytime I try, I get attacked by his guards I've tried everything. I'm vilified by them but only because they sent an assassination team after me even though I still only had neutral karma with them and the Mark of Caesar. What do I do? His guards destroy me everytime and I can't find Benny.

Are you wearing NCR armor (this includes Boone's beret) or is Boone an active companion?

No, I just had Arcade and ED-E with me and even then I sent them to Lucky 38 to wait for me. I'm even wearing Centurion armor.

Does anybody know of any way to get neutral with the Legion again? Or an effective way to kill all the guards?

You should have been set-to-right the second Vulpes talked to you - all is forgiven, and what not. Sounds like you've got another game-breaking bug.

I am in the same boat. I got some Legion armor but everytime I go into the big boss's tent I get attacked. I played it once before the patch and before the Legion hated me and Benny was right in Caesar's tent. Is he still there? I need to get that chip from him and find out what to do next. Anybody got any ideas?

Only solution to our problem I can see is:

1) Restart and side with Caesar

2) Restart and kill Benny at the Tops and don't do anything bad to caesar

3) Mininuke.

If you able to take out all the legions outside the tent and in the area around. You can exit the tent right after you enter it, they will follow you outside, you got a much better chance at take them out outside than being anged upon inside it.

I was thinking of that too. I'll probably try it soon. I just have to get Boone a sniper rifle and plenty of ammo.

I'll give it a try, but damn I would hate to think I came all this way and if I can't get over this hump I got to delete and start all over again.

I just tried what that other guy said. Worked well since I had Boone with me and I gave him a sniper rifle.

When u get confronted in the strip bt the stranger telling u to go to ceaser now. You can get the bug by not going right away.

Well I will give it a shot after CSI is over. Found a way to steal everything. (And not get in trouble) from that laser weapons place in freeside. I think all them pulse mines will help.

So just so I got this right. Go into Caesar's tent then go right back out and let them chase you?

Well, they chase you out which makes it much easier then being cornered in the tent.

I tried this 40 times last night and same result, I get my ass kicked every time. Even with all the plasma mines and frag mines. So I a going to start over again and side with the Legion. Seems like that's the only way you can finish this game.
