I am getting a little pissy in the game looking for that guy that on the front cover of the game I was told to look at the rangers camps still have not seen a guy at any one of those that I have found so far and i have checked all around vegas strip like you see in the opening if any one has found one of these guys can you give me an idea where to look and if its a strong NCR then I may not want to kill him but if its not then I will kill him but if any one has found him please give me an idea where :fallout:

They can be found at a few Ranger camps later in the game. Requires either a high level or progress in major questlines, I haven't seen consensus on which.

How much later in the game we talking about I have talked to Mr. House and Benny and Benny ran, I hope they come out soon i want to run around it that outfit.

level 14 and do a first quest from a main faction,i did houses activate the robot army one.

jump to delta and there he is.

dont waste your time,armours useless,and killing ncr all the time to repair it bugs the game.

So you did it after house ok maybe i will kill house or get the thing from benny, and i am all most a lvl 30.

I was at around 14 or 15 when I found them. A legionare told me he sighted "NCR in black armor."
