Is there anybody else out there that is experiencing the problem with Steam trying to complete the updated patch but stops at 99%? and cannot complete and wont let the game load while its still downloading the patch?? i have cable and all my cables work i restart steam multiple times/defrag the game/verifing the files etc..... nothing works is anyone out there expereienceing the same thing and how are they fixing it? please help...
