I am using the pc version and I cannot access the door to the underground bunker at Hidden Valley. It just won't open. Please advise.

Which underground bunker (there's more than one)? Will it not open because it is locked (if you haven't been there yet, it should be)?

All other bunker doors in Hidden Valley opened with no problem. The western bunker door does not even respond to my cursor ( meaning when I highlight it, my cursor doesn't respond as in: Open Door - Close Door). I even tried to blast it open with c-4 with no success. Is this a glitch in the game?
