I'm stuck! : Fallout: New Vegas

I am stuck in Vault 22. Can't get past a locked door to leave on the entrance level! Need help. Has this happened to anyone else? Please tell me what I need to do to get out. The last door says that I need a key. I can't find it anywhere, I've looked for well over an hour.

If on PC:

Open console. (~)
Click on door.
Type: unlock

If on console, find the key. (Sorry, but that's all you can do.)

if i remember correctly you have to do the quest for keely

and are you sure you searched every where i got stuck in there as well simply because i failed to notice a door that led to another area

If there is a terminal next to the door you might try that also......there is something you find that will help.

Hhm, guess I was a little quick to answer with a console command based of the New Vegas door issue. (Don't do it if it's intended as it sounds like it may be.)

I have yet to go to V22 so just assumed this was the issue. My bad.

But if it turns out to be a bug and not intended then refer to my previous post.
