I Am a large fan of oblivion but i also like fps games so i looked at fallout. i decided i would buy Fallout NV and was wondering if there were any equivalent to caves, forts, and ruins in fallout and or if they are going to be in Fallout Nv

from a fallout 3 standpoint. the are some caves but alot of abandoned houses to explore. there were a few forts in F03 but it seems like there will be bases and things like that. and yes, there will be ruins.

if you decide to get F03, get the GOTY edition but it wouldnt be too bad to start of with NV.

There are a lot less dungeons, but they're usually a lot more involved and a lot more memorable than Oblivion's.

The city of DC proper is like one freakin' huge dungeon.
