So you don't have to go to the store :)

And so you don't have a bunch of games, they're all there.

You can. You don't have to buy it off of Steam, but New Vegas uses Steamworks as it's DRM, that means that it doesn't really matter if you buy it at the store or from Steam's store.

Buying the game (PC) at the store won't solve the steam thing. You -need- steam to play the game regardless. It's lame, yes. But I think it's for piracy prevention. Although we all know it won't stop it..

Because some people like to pre-load their game and play it the very instant it comes out?

Also, some people can't go to the store for whatever reason, or it maybe be more economical to buy it on Steam.

Hm.. alright. I'm not buying the game for computer.

I'd rather just have it on my 360 so i dont have to deal with problems that computer games have.

Plus i like getting achievements.

New Vegas is fully integrated into Steam. That means it will have achievements.

And what problems do "computer games have?"

If you'll notice, there are forums for Xbox 360 and PS3 issues as well.

In my opinion, any problems that you may have are far outweighed by the awesomeness of mods. There are even mods for fixing said issues.

Alright, time to put an end to this before someone might get hurt. It's all nice to start off by claiming this not to be a rant, but my eyes beg to differ from seeing some of these followup posts.

Anyways, I believe the original question has been supplied by an answer. No need to get all rowdy and riled up...

Thanks,

Milt
