Before the patch, I'd have a rare problem with an unresponsive repeater rifle but it was rare and the game would usually snap out of it. But after the patch it's much worse. I'll aim with the rifle and then it will return to normal postion but it will be stuck there. Not only that but I can't do anything other than move. I can't switch weapons, can't use the Pipboy, can't even escape to the menu. And even stranger sometime when I hit R for try and holster the weapon it will go into an infinite reload loop. My ammo count will go to "1" and the game animation will reload bullet after bullet, again and again, forever and ever until I alt tab out and kill the game.

I'll also note the patch did not fix the sound lag for me but I do have work around for that.

Sadly, right now the game is unplayable for me.
