Ok, so I got a quest in Helios ONE from Fantastic to fix the plant. I did most of it except for east terminal in the street (with dogs). I thought to wait until I get 75 science, and complete the quest afterwards. So, I visited the Hoover Dam, and Zap!, Fantastic is there telling me - "Look who got promoted.." No options, no dialog screen, nothing at all. So later I return to Helios ONE and finish the bloody quest by turning the plant on from the main console(that is in the street) in the tower. The plant is working and I receive a note that now I should talk to Fantastic and the mark pointing to his first place in Helios, where he is no more.
What now? I dont want to ruin rep with NCR, since its great, and the quest doesnt finish.. :/

Try talking to fantastic at the Hoover Dam, since you know he's there.

Well, that is the problem, no dialog screen appear when I do that in Hoover Dam. Bloody bug, wonder why didnt they thought that someone might not be willing to complete everything on his path?

On a related note, I seem to have completed this quest by talking to Fantastic, but seems to do nothing otherwise. No xp, no quest update other than it's grayed out, no fame, no nada. Is that typical?
