on black mountain side quest, after speaking to neil and says 'Meet him at the top, to take down the person in charge' after he runs off and leaves me to kill all the nightkin and super mutants! when i finally make it to the top, he will just outside the circle building and all he'll say is 'Let's do It' and then he wont move from that spot?.. Any help/suggestions?

He may not come with you because you have another non-robotic companion. He did the same to me and that's what I think the problem was. Didn't need him anyway :gun:
